Full Time Bench Technician!

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and Server products (95/98/2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008).
• Knowledge of Networking fundamentals, including Active Directory, TCP/IP, and DNS.
• Knowledge of the removal and prevention of both Viruses, and Spyware.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess a positive attitude and good customer service skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 80lbs.
• A+, Network+, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, MCSC certification desirable.
• Previous Experience

Responsibilities include:

• Provide the best customer service experience available.
• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them in order to maintain productivity levels.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide the best possible solution for the situation.
• Work with team to provide support for services offered by Altex.
